Contact Flint Hills Special Education Cooperative Office to request assistance and to obtain referral forms from the Autism Interdisciplinary Team.  For ages birth to 5 years call (620) 341-2216 and for ages 5 to 21 call (620) 341-2223.

 

 

What is Autism? 

Autism is a disorder of neural development characterized by impaired social interaction and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behavior.  (DSM-IV, 2012)
